Syria’s civil war, which started in 2011, has created the worst humanitarian crisis of our time. Half the country’s pre-war population, an estimated 11 million people have been killed or forced to flee their homes. About half of all Syrian refugees are children.

Many syrians refugees live in camps and struggle daily with poverty. They need your help.

The Prophet said: “If a person relieves a Muslim of his trouble, Allah will relieve him of his troubles on the Day of Resurrection.”

In January this year , ISRA UK were on the ground in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, distributing essential Winter aid to Syrian refugees, who for 9 years, have been left isolated in a camp called Arsal. By Allah the conditions we witness were horrific to say the least.

Our commitment to help ease their struggle will continue through 2020, as much as possible inshallah.

We aim to distribute at least 1000 food packs to refugee families, so that they can at least open and close their fast during the holy month of Ramadan without the fear of where the next meal will come from.
