An estimated 23 million people in Pakistan are visually impaired, and for 80%, that blindness is curable or reversible. Every three minutes, a person develops an eye disease in Pakistan.
ISRA-UK is focused on providing good health and medical assistance to poor communities in Kashmir. We aim to carry out cataract operations in Mirpur and Neelum Valley.
Help us to provide the urgently needed cataract surgery for the considerably impoverished Pakistanis that are losing their eyesight and can’t afford treatment.
£90 – will provide vulnerable Pakistani with cataract surgery to prevent and reverse blindness in one eye.
