Empowerment Projects
The strongest outcome we know is the day someone no longer needs us.
Emergency aid meets a need today. Empowerment meets it for good. We give people the tools, skills and assets to provide for their own families — a sewing machine and the training to use it, livestock, seeds, a trade.
And it doesn't stop with one family. Again and again, the people we helped become the ones doing the helping. Yesterday she needed our support; today she can support someone else.
