EGYPT TO GAZA –

WOMEN’S DEPLOYMENT
(APRIL 2024)

An all-female fundraising team is being deployed to Egypt in April to prepare and pack sanitary items to be delivered to Gaza during Ramadan. 

The team will be preparing and packing around 2,750 hygiene packs containing period pads, sanitary towels, hygiene wipes, period panties and toiletries which are currently urgently needed by women in Gaza.

As we continue to transport essential items to the starving displaced population in Gaza, we’ve been specifically asked by our team inside Gaza to deliver sanitary essentials as women have resorted to using tent scraps and rags to manage their periods; often resulting in infections.

Raising £30,000 to supply and transport the aid to Gaza in a 40ft container, the UK women’s team need an additional £20,000 to fulfil the total cost of the hygiene packs. You can donate to the fundraising team here.

MEN’S DEPLOYMENT (MARCH 2024)

A fundraising team are being deployed to Egypt in March to prepare and pack a food container to be delivered to Gaza during Ramadan. 

The team will be preparing and packing around 1,300 food packs containing essential items for the starving displaced population in Gaza. 

Raising £30,000 to supply and transport the aid to Gaza in a 40ft container, the UK team includes Birmingham city councillor Majid Mahmood. You can donate to the fundraising team here.

Additional public donations are still needed to continue sending aid trucks into Palestine from Egypt.

EGYPT TO GAZA –
ISRA TEAM DEPLOYMENT (FEB-MARCH 2024)

The ISRA-UK team travelled to Egypt to process, prepare and pack emergency parcels in February which were delivered to Gaza in time for Ramadan. 

Three 40 ft containers carrying flour, food and hygiene kits were sent on their way to Gaza at the start of March and many of the items have already been distributed to the displaced population, who are tightly backed into central and southern Gaza.

We are continuing to raise funds for vital aid to get into the territory and need your donations to help make this happen.

EGYPT TO GAZA – CONVOY OF HOPE! (WINTER 2023 – 2024)

ISRA-UK partnered with organisations in Egypt to launch a crucial aid campaign to assist the besieged population of Gaza, addressing their needs as the Israeli bombardment persisted amid the onset of winter.

Our team in Egypt actively coordinated the preparation and dispatch of humanitarian aid, including food, bedding, warm clothing and wider winter assistance, delivered to the people of Gaza in Palestine.

We directly sent aid 2 large truckloads of emergency items into Gaza via Egypt during the winter months, but we need your continued support. This appeal is ongoing.
