Gift A Wheelchair
Most of the worlds poorest live in rural communities. In such areas where self–sufficiency is crucial to survival, a disability can have a devastating impact on a person’s quality of life.
The added demand on poor families to care for and transport their loved ones suffering from a disability while trying to make a living is immense.
There are thousands of disabled adults and children in many under-developed countries, trapped in isolation and dependency.
Having access to a wheelchair is a great and easy way to manoeuvre for people who find walking difficult or impossible due to illness or injury, but not many poor & needy families can afford it, especially those living in rural areas.
ISRA UK assists such families through its empowerment projects such as our Wheelchair project in Pakistan.
From just £90 you can provide a person with a Wheelchair and give them proud independence, leading to a more fulfilled and happier life while taking away a worry from their families.
You can also donate today towards this project from as little as £5 helping people in Pakistan and around the world live a more complete life!
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said “Allah said: ‘Spend, O son of Adam, and I shall spend on you.”
