The Gaza Strip
The blockade on the Gaza Strip, an area occupied since June 2007, is now entering its 17th year. The situation in the region remains critical, with ongoing military operations and a significant humanitarian crisis.
In Yemen
Yemen, a country that has been in the throes of civil war since 2014, is now in its 10th year of conflict. Despite a six-month UN-brokered cease-fire in 2022, the war continues with sporadic clashes. There have been strides towards a political settlement, including a ceasefire from April to October 2022, and further negotiations in 2023. However, the humanitarian crisis persists; millions of people are in need of aid, and over 4.5 million people have been displaced.
A significant number of men, women, and children struggle daily in Gaza and Yemen to find or buy enough clean water to drink or to grow food.
Donate a water tank full with water:
- £50 will gift a 200-liter tank to a family in Gaza with safe drinking water.
- £150 will gift a 1000-litre tank with safe clean drinking water to a family in Yemen for a year.

What We’re Doing
In Gaza and Yemen, ISRA-UK is engaged in delivering Water Tanks to low-income families. Each water tank is connected to a water source, or they receive regular delivery of water.
