The Gaza Strip
The blockade on the Gaza Strip, which has been in place since June 2007, is now entering its 18th year. The situation in the region remains critical, with ongoing military operations and a severe humanitarian crisis. Currently, due to the war in Gaza, our water tank projects are on hold. However, we are still running water emergency projects in the area to provide immediate relief.
In Yemen
Yemen has been in the throes of civil war since 2014, now in its 11th year of conflict. Despite a six-month UN-brokered cease-fire in 2022 and further negotiations in 2023, the war continues with sporadic clashes. The humanitarian crisis remains dire, with millions of people in need of aid and over 4.5 million displaced.
In both Gaza and Yemen, a significant number of men, women, and children struggle daily to find or buy enough clean water for drinking or growing food.
Donate a Water Tank Filled with Water
£50 will provide a 200-litre tank filled with safe drinking water to a family in Gaza.
£150 will provide a 1,000-litre tank filled with safe drinking water to a family in Yemen for a year.

The Situation
The Gaza Strip has been under blockade for 17 years, and Yemen is in its 10th year of conflict. A significant number of men, women and children struggle daily to find or buy enough clean water to drink or to grow food.
What We’re Doing
In Gaza and Yemen, ISRA-UK is engaged in delivering Water Tanks to low-income families. Each water tank is connected to a water source, or they receive regular delivery of water.
